This sucks, if true. I don't want to spend the same amount for a laptop dock as I would for the damn phone.

I just don't get the logic in this pricing. And if you have to tether, forget about it. I'd rather get a tablet for the same price. Or a more capable netbook.

This is the webdock - it will be using your 3G / 4G natively, no tethering.

I probably wouldn't buy it period. A true laptop with an i5 or better will smoke that day in and day out. Tether and have fun!

@$20 / month for tethering, you'd be able to tether for 15 months for the price of the lapdock....
