Root How to flash a ROM

Can someone please give outline a step by step process of flashing a ROM. I am not used to this version of CWM. I know I need to clear cache and data, but what are the called exactly in recovery? I see a lot of "clear" type options, but I don't want to choose the wrong one and f*** up my phone. Thanks for any help.

Download ROM Manager from the market. Once you are rooted, open ROM Manager, pick a ROM from the Download ROM menu, pick the one you want and it does everything for you. It's very simple. Make sure to highlight clear cache and whatnot when that screen pops up.

I installed the ROM Manager (paid version), but it says I need to install CWM from the app. Does it not recognize that I already had it installed when I rooted the phone? Will I brick my phone if I install CWM again via ROM Manager? Thanks.

I tried to flash OMGB, but could not get the google apps flashed correctly. Does anyone know where to get those?

In the end I went back to stock so my phone works tomorrow. The rom is so sick, I have to try again.
