Help No audible clicks, vibration instead

Since updating to 2.3 on my X10 I cannot get audible clicks on the phone dial pad. Even with vibration turned off it vibrates instead of audible clicks. Same with screen lock/unlock. Any tips?

I don't think it's an option.

I just tried it on mine and it doesn't work.

I assume you went into Settings=>Sounds=>and checked the right boxes.

Maybe there is an app that will add it

Default keyboard clicky sound - Android Forums

I hate people who have it on. Nothing more annoying then when someone beside you is typing or scrolling and you have to hear the beeping.

Nexus S no more keyboard sound?? - Google Mobile Help

That is everything I have found on it....in those few links.

Go into settings/sound/volume and make sure "Media" isn't turned all the way down.

Also, in settings/sound/vibrate, set vibration to "when sound is off"

Lastly, in settings/sound, you should see an option for screen lock sounds, make sure it's ticked.
