Safe Mode

My phone just decided to turn on it's Safe Mode. I can't get it to go away and in turn I can't send/receive texts or calls or really do anything. Help please? Thanks It's a Samsung Fascinate...

Not 100% sure if this is the answer or not, but I've heard before that some phones go into Safe Mode while a key is pressed when powered-on. So, can you check for a stuck key / button (maybe there's some lint / dirt keeping it pressed-in?). I don't know too much about physical buttons on the Fascinate, so this just a guess from other phones that I've heard had this problem.

2) safe-mode for the Fascinate appears to be invoked when the power button and the menu button are pressed together (so check those guys out)
