My name is Wyatt and I've had my Droid since I fell in the Delaware River on December 3rd, 2009, and my water-damaged Samsung Omnia quit working. I went to Verizon all set to just get another Omnia, but the sales rep showed me her Droid and also let me check out the Omnia 2.0. What I loved about the Omnia was the customization that was available thanks to custom ROMS, but what sold me on the Droid was that it did everything I needed it to without the need for searching for a ROM and risking bricking my phone. Now, two months later, I couldn't be happier with my decision.
