So some pple dont like the Bionic camera or are worried it wont be usuable.
Here is some pictures with the Bionic just so ppl cant see, that IMHO, its ok.....it is enough to get me what i need from a cell phone.

Im NOT a photographer, but these are RANDOM shots of stuff around the crib. All using auto mode and 8mp settings.
I have used a Droid X 8mp camera, a Blackberry 9930 5mp camera no auto focus, and this.
This is much better IMHO of the three.

Any requests and I will take :)
Here ya go!!

Do you just press the camera button once and let it go, or keep your finger on it for a minute? Im about to take a pic with the stock camera app, and then the same pic with camera 360 ... we'll see if theres a difference.

For Vignette, you hold the volume button on the side, let it focus, and then let go. It works like a camera instead of touching the screen, although you can touch the screen as well.

Example of macro, low lighting, no flash on Vignette (definite clarity and sharpness in focused zone):

Ok I just took these pictures. The first 2 are taken with the "Camera 360" App, and the last 2 (same picture) is taken with the stock Droid Bionic App.

CAMERA 360:

STOCK BIONIC CAMERA APP:

With that (and now that I've figured out the Stock Camera App, LOL, Note: Just press once quickly, way better than holding it first) this phone takes AWESOME pics (at least outside during bright sunshine and inside). Will see night pictures tonight.

Works good. However I did have it freeze on me once already. (After I press button to take picture it would just come up with the focusing sign or whatever and freeze)

But that only happened once.

Thanks for the info. Cam360 freezes at times on my DX and DX2 also so that doesn't surprise me much. Still takes better pix than the stock app (or any other cam app in my experience) which is why I use it.

Would it be way better to get the paid version? Looks like camera360 has a free app and paid one....Only see a paid app for Vignette

I just got the paid version of Camera 360 .... now it's all kinds of acting up and only working 20% of the time. Freezes, Reboots phone, Camera stays black, Can't initialize Camera etc. etc. .... im trying to get a refund already and it's only been 25 minutes
