with out the pro key you can only do backups individually. with the pro you can do batch restores. there is a tab at the top that says backup/restore. find the apps that you want to backup and select it. the apps that are in red are system apps. make sure to only backup and restore apps and its data. never resore system data cause it will usually contain bits and pieces from your previous rom causing issues with your current rom.

apss that are listed last and has a line across it means that that are the apps that are saved and can be restored.

same goes for batch restores as well.

you can also freeze apps the same way as well.

In my opinion it is well worth the money. I used this on the stock rom to 1st freeze apps to see how the rom acted and then delete if all was ok with them frozen for a few days. If the rom started acting up i could restore the apps 1 at a time untill i knew wich one was causing the problem,

its a great to have if you have a lot of apps you use and your constantley changing roms....

Ok, got bored, bought it and been playing with it. Had a good nandroid and went in and froze and then deleted a bunch of apps I had no use for, at this point , anyway.

Used that list posted above, somewhat, and then stuff i knew I just didn't want. So far so good!

Found a sort of walk through site, with pics, that was helpful, as well, I will pass it along here. How To Use Titanium Backup For Android [Complete Guide]

One tip was to make a flashable zip of TB. That would be handy to have instead of having to go to the market and re download it every time you flash a new rom and want to restore stuff.

yeah thinking I'm gona have to get off my cheap a$$ and purchase it as well. I love the free version just hate the single app install when I install a New Rom.

i was really interested in the freezing and deleting. No harmful effects as of yet.

Of course, i am over here fighting with a completely different rom, so how would I know, huh?
