thanks for the step by step SamuraiFox. But I am and have always been on CMW 4.0.1.4 and have done all those steps at least 20 times by now. I am wondering if the PRL is the sticking point. I did the PRL update a while back.

I hope your phone can be fixed. Have you tried going back to previous build then install new build over it without removing anything except system. I hope this works.

I noticed that, too. Maybe the links got mixed up?

I did notice that both links have the same file name and the files are the same size. First time I've downloaded, so that might not make a difference.

All in all a minor inconvenience and I am loving the ROM!

i would say yeah if your not wiping it clean and installing it straight from there then you will have problems. remember each rom that issac and tickerguy has is different and should not be updated from another version.
wipe the phone clean and use tickerguy from scratch without issacs rom installed.

Go to tickerguys forum at the second post and select the noon rom if you already have it on the SD card replace it.

I found a copy of the Email 2.2 apk online and reverted to that with the help of Titanium backup to delete the 2.3.4 version. Works fine now.

I use K9mail but will check into the email problem. That's part of the Google base code build that came from them, so not sure what's up with that but will look at it.

Now that pretty much everything is working, the only thing I really miss is the front-facing camera. I kinda miss sitting in the main square video chatting with some friends.

Since I disabled the lock screen under Cyanogenmod Settings > Tablet Tweaks my phone hasn't ran into that bug once. You might want to try that in the meantime.

It'll be a bit - the build has a problem with cold init (it is not enabling the correct settings for MMS although they're present on a clean wipe/load) that I'm working, but it's coming.

Mms works fine for the noon build but, I like how the button lights go out when you watch a video you already have on the phone is there anyway to do that for YouTube videos? Or adding a timeout to them
