This is the unofficial boot animation from the Nexus Prime ported by carlz28. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xas54uwfyl0

"USING ROOT EXPLORER"

Put bootanimation.zip into data/local.

Put transdroid.mp3 into system/media(MUST BE ROOTED AND MOUNT SYSTEM AS R/W)
after you put transdroid.mp3 into system/media mount system as r/o.

Reboot and enjoy

Works perfectly, thanks!

If I move/remove the old animation and sound from system/media, do you know if that will cause a problem? It shouldn't, right? Just curious and new at this lol

I wouldn't recommend removing the stock boot animation, just in case something goes wrong you can always just go back. That's why I say to put the boot animation in data/local
because on bootup it looks in that folder first without ever touching the original which is in system/media.

Thanks, the only problem is I don't see the folders I need to moved the stuff into. I would assume by default I'm already in local/ when I open up the file manager?

Sorry I forgot about that. Go to the app, Hit the menu key, Click "More", click "Settings" Click "File Explorer Settings" and go to the bottom and check "Root Exporer". Sorry about that.

Thanks I now see everything.

So I connected my phone, usb mode, and moved the files into the .fileexpert folder. I then select them and copied them and tried pasting them into the folder but still no luck. I thought this would be a lot easier since I'm decent with PC's haha!
