I don't understand these phone builders why don't they check and do software testing to see if the software installed on these phones work I tryed to use Skype on my DC with a no go, tryed to do Google talk again a no go but tango did with crappy voice and seems to lag. why do we have to root root root just to make our phones the way we would like them to get them to work, These companies are making millions they make shit phones that we complain about for them to fix or get updates out and it seldom happens seems the computer makers get software fixes out before these guys do on there phones it's time the government or FCC make these companies fix these products before slamming out a new phone I like my phone I don't want to get another one and I sure don't want to be forced to because I cant get another one if something happens to mine and they have none in stock anymore, I just want mine fixed I also want the right to delete the bloatware installed that I do not prefer to have in it do they not read these post of people don't want theses and of course having problems with there products it pisses me off it's like they don't care they just put out another phone and another bad product three months later before they fix the ones we as customers have.

As customers we are getting screwed here when reading these post in forums about the problems of these phones its ridiculous our government allows this to happen go read the forums on a few phones these phones should be tested for these flaws before being sold to the public just my opinion. anyone want to weigh in here.

Thanks for listening

Quite honestly if the people at Samsung were gonna put a front facing camera on the thing they should have put Gingerbread on it to begin with so the API hooks were there to utilize it!

I know they cannot test all the 3rd party apps out there, but when they put features on a phone they should make sure they work before releasing the phone.

Verizon need to stop loading the phone with bloatware crap that nobody uses OR make it so you can uninstall it. These Droid Charges would run GREAT if they had done those two things (for the most part).

The same thing can be said about all of the other phones with a ffc that run froyo. Its not like its just Samsung.

I use ooVoo without any problems. I like it better than skype, you can video call a computer or phone (as long as they have ooVoo too).

That is the only one I haven't tried, I have tried:

Skype
Fring
Qik

I think there is another but I cannot think of the name now.

Skype is what I would like, more mainstream... my company uses it all the time to conference with people/IM, etc.

Hopefully Skype will work once we get the GB update.
