Root Notification Volume

Im just wondering if its possible to raise the notification volume more now that we have root achieved.. thank you

take you mp3 you want for notifications and download "gold wave" from the internet to you pc. run the mp3 through the program and bring the gains up to a level you like. then just put it back on your phone.

i installed volume + set the speaker setting on 9 then go too phone settings-sound-volume- set ringtone and media at 75% turn notification all the way up.

I have this problem too. Tried Volume Plus App, no change (but I like the app).

I put notification folder on SD card, select my own notification tone and it works but volume is very low. I put the same tone in my ringtone folder and select it as a ringtone it is way louder.

Edit:
Just tried fresh copy of the mp3 into My Music folder, then using App "Ringtone Maker" edited with volume boost and save as notification. Still no change.
