[Apps] Basic terminal program?

I am looking for a basic terminal program that will run on a non-rooted stock 3VO.
Something where I can run ping, tracert, and ipconfig (or the linux equivelent of each) as well as basic file browsing within the terminal.

I am assuming that android would be using linux commands in terminal.

terminal emulator is the best one i have seen, and yes you will use linux commands

ifconfig = ipconfig
most of the others are the same, if not google will help
