Help Caller Photo when call comes in???

I just got my phone this week - and I;m not sure how to get the photos of the contacts to show up when a person calls me (that's in my contacts) - Do I have to turn something on??? - All that shows up is the Android.

You have to have an image of them in your People App whether it be something you have chosen and uploaded from your phone or from a linked contact from FB, google etc.

I have them in my people app. - but they still do not show up......
