*Download To SD-Card
*Bootstrap With D2 Bootstrap & Reboot Into CWR
*Wipe Data / Cache / Dalvik Cache
*Install SSM-602v2.zip Be Patient & Let The Install Finish. It Takes A Couple Of Minutes Due To The Amount Of Data Being Copied & System Setup
*Reboot System, Complete Setup
*When Prompted To Choose Launcher Or Setup, Check Enable As Default & Choose LAUNCHER.
*Let Phone Sync To Google Servers & Complete Updates.
*Once Sync Icon Disappears, Reboot Once More.

I have watched the video on v2 and it covers some of the basic stuff, but is there some kind of a FULL list of what all you can do with this rom? i.e. a break down of how to do all the different things that come in this rom.

I flashed this first thing this morning and I can report that the issues with Weather Bug Elite have been fixed. WB works great now. IMap Weather works as well. Those were the only 2 issues I had in v2. So, I am happy now. Just got to spend some time and figure out what all this rom can do

In the OP for v2 the guy said battery life was incredible because of the power saving scripts that throttle the cpu down to like 300 mhz when the screen is off. Didn't know if that is included in the rom already or if we have to program some of the scripts to do that.

Well, I'm going to take that back. That link just shows what updates have been made in each revision. Still don't see anything that tells you how to use the various mods and scripts

i give credit to sensei, he has some killer themes that he makes, or at least i think he makes em, to create themes like that in several hours is pretty insane... i dont see how it does it. lol

Think I'm gonna try this one. On stock GB and haven't even rooted yet. Looking at the install instructions, at which points do I nandroid? I'm a little rusty.....haven't rooted since my D1. Thanks.

Long press one of them and select "Choose Application". This will swap out the app on the launcher's Hot Seat.

that is how you change the application. What i want to do is change the icon for the application that i have there. Like with ADW and others you can use different icons for things like Facebook.

this rom is very fast but has a few annoyances that i could not get over (yes i am picky)
1. settings and menus are in white. i prefer black.
2. don't like the green dialer.
3. lock screen tabs have a blur leftover when you click on them.
