Difference between 2.3.3 and 2.3.4xxkph ??

Just wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between stock 2.3.3 from kies and the 2.3.4 firmware on samfirmware. I'm in the uk and the latest official update is 2.3.3 which I fount too laggy so went back to froyo. Is the 2.3.4 xxkph firmware any better or should I just stick with froyo??

Stick with Froyo, I tried a version of 2.3.4 and found it to be laggy and had sleep of death. (which I don't have on Froyo but had on official 2.3.3 and 2.3.4 from samfirmware)

i am using 2.3.4 gingerbread, it's smooth for me, and doesnt have the problem as u guys said, laggy? nop.....instead froyo drives me to dead lol

well, i had the sleep of death and a wifi error with the original Froyo, even after i got a replacement phone. Once I updated to Gingerbreat through Kies (and I still have all the same apps) that problem was gone. From my experience, antivirus apps make the phone very slow.

yeah true antivirus apps do slow your phone alot also unless your downloading a app called "free sex pics"your normally ok i have no sympathy for people who say i downloaded an app called "xxx" and now my phone acts wierd....WELL DUH!

Official 2.3.4 KQ5 is out. Though 2.3.3 might be the most stable firmware around.

How did you go back to froyo? I updated to 2.3.3 via Kies but want to go back as its too laggy!

I flashed using odin and the KA9 software all available from samfirmware.com. The KA9 rom is uk and kies still recognises the phone and offers upgrade.
