Help Gingerbread Call Options

So my hubbys droid 2 just got Gingerbread and he has this cool option when he ignores a call to send a text. Im rooted and I want that feature. How do I get it??? is it possible??

There is a thitd party app called PhoneTell that will do that for you.
It will let you know where the call is from (State / Country) and will let you set t default text to be sent to missed calles.
