Hello , i got problem , at rom and kernel bugfixes guys is saying that , the touch bug is fixed , but when i run android assistant there is CPU info , when i touch the screen it show that user is using 95% of cpu.... why is that :/ ?

Did you try it multiple times? For me the CPU user score ranges from 2% to 88% just within a few seconds gap.
As far as i know, the high CPU score should have been because of some background app, automatic sync etc.
Does it stay within the 95% range all the time. Just switch on your android assistant, have a look at the CPU status for a few secs and seee what happens.
Also try a quick boost!

BTW im using the latest andy's ROM. Never bothered to check the CPU score with my previous MIK OS as i didnot have any issues with that

when i dont press on screen system take about 0-3% , but user about 5-20% that 95% i get about in 1.5 sec i cleaned all backgorund apps , trought advanced task killer , then quic boost , but nothing hepped.... my friend with 2.3.3 orginal rom , when he press , user cpu gets up max bout 40-50%...
