Help Locked Revolution

I bought a Revolution off of Ebay. I activated it online with a new sim and everything worked. When I turned it on there is a lock code and the seller did not know it. I tried the standard 0000 9999 and my last four of my number.

I also tried to do a hard reset by holding the power and down volume key but it would not enter that mode. Any ideas?????? Thanks

Your right I dont really want to know you! Try calling VZW and hope the phone wasn't stolen

It wasn't stolen it went through activation fine the seller just did not remember the code
