Root Broken root???

I keep getting these errors since I put MIUI back on my phone. It says my phone isn't rooted.

Once I reboot into recovery and try to flash the zip, it fails again.

Successfully flashed VU 2.37, but my mobile network doesn't work. Anyone know where I can get a radio?

Ok, what the hell? My mobile network didn't work because I had my battery door off? That's ridiculous!

Isn't the antenna in the battery cover?

yes it is that is what thoes metal contacts are on the batt door

it could have possibly been the problom i have gotten in the habit of wiping the dilvk catch, wiping batt stats and fixing premmisions every time i flash ... not a bad thing to do i might add
