Root New leak,New radios

In case anyone was wondering this isn't the OTA. JCase has already tweeted that despite the 4 sources who have claimed this to be the OTA he is very skeptical. With gTalk video still not functioning properly and the VM notifications still broken there's no way this is official. For some reason if it is HTC/VZW have holes in their head

Did he have anything to say as far as what the fixes were in this build compared to the one that was dropped the other day that just did EOL crap?

This new radio is rockin for me. My 3g/4G handling has been WAY better. I dont get service drops when my battery is off anymore, so thats leading to better battery life as well which I like. Speeds seem faster as well. I wasnt getting more than about 12mb down and 6 up on the last radio, but on this Im gettin 18-22 down and 10 up.

I asked him and he never responded. He's notorious for tweeting conversation provoking statements and then never answering people tweets, or I should say never answering mine lol

From what I understand the only difference between 605.2 and 605.3 is the new radio's. I haven't heard of any other changes in the RUU itself.

And yes, so far I'm McLovin this radio!

Handoffs are clean and quick, and speeds seem to mirror what you're seeing as well.

I'm still a big scrub when it comes to root. I know how to put files on my sd card, flash roms, make backups. Is flashing radios as easy as just putting a file on your sd card, and flashing it?
Basically, yes. However you need to flash radios in hboot or bootloader and not recovery. There is a sticky up there that will walk you through it. Radio flashes and any other bootloader flashes are rom independent as well. You just need to be careful and not interrupt the process. Good luck, this radio is worth the effort.

It appears the latest radio fixes the My Verizon sign-on issues...

Head to the market and grab NFL Mobile, kids. Sign in now works properly, and to those who don't already know, NFL Mobile is free for LTE customers (that means you).

Enjoy free game and red zone streaming :)

Just spreading the info for those NFL fans(even if youre a jets, pats or bills fan, GO PHINS!) NFL Mobile and My VZW are back:)
