I'm also confused as to what the problem is. You did a factory reset and it still tells you the memory is full? Is that correct?

Thank you who help me, my phone's full name is the SHARP SH7218U, I did I can not turn on IS IT TO GET INVOLVED BUT blinks and nothing else, I think she NEED to reinstall, how to do it And I do not know, I need help PLEASE smart people, what programs need to reinstall it or what to do to delete all data, so the factory Parameters, I do not know myself I need patarymo, please help me, what you can, thanks to all.

Not sure if I'm right here, but it sounds like the OP cannot access the phone to do a standard factory restore.

I recommend calling tech support from your service provider and have them walk you through the backup factory restore.

I don't know if it'll help anyone else to know, but I googled the phone model number he posted and that is the indeed the proper name. It's a flip phone made in China, running FroYo. From what I gathered from this person's posts, I think the OS was rooted, and trouble followed shortly thereafter. I'm at work, so I can't google more, but maybe a forum for Sharp phones (if we don't already have one here) might be of more benefit?

I would recommend this as well. Contact your service provider and they'll likely have far better instructions than here. I would think you'd need to boot into recovery mode and do a reset from there. Those are just general instructions though as I have no idea how to get into recovery mode on this particular phone.

I'm confused. Have you contacted tech support for your provider and followed their instructions? If so, at what point did those instructions fail?
