Transferring iTunes DRM music to Android

You can transfer it, but you can't play it. There are programs that can converted m4p files to unprotected AAC files, but most of them require old versions of iTunes to run. The only other way of doing it is either to upgrade your files to iTunes+ format (which you'll have to pay for) or burn them to a CD and reimport them as MP3s or unprotected AACs and transfer the new copies across.

Is there a means to do this? I have an Epic Touch.

One of the many reasons i never bothered with iTunes. And corporations why people just pirate music. Not saying its the right thing to do, but why is it when you try to do things the legal way you end up with less.. lol

But i digress. Yeah your only out is to convert to non drm.

Thanks for the recommendations, guys. Amazing that I might have to pay twice for music I sown.

I use an application called NoteBurner which will create a virtual CD drive and allow you to 'burn CD's" from your iTunes library as files. A bit pricey, but it was my best solution to take some Audio books and put them on my phone so I can stream them though Bluetooth while driving.

It really is a shame we have to use workarounds like this to use our legally purchased media.
