So the wife snapped a pic of me relaxing today, here I am catching up on my reading and listening to some tunes, and now it's my lockscreen.

LOL Bad thing about it is the guy looks a lot like me , or what i will probably look like in a few years.

Okay. Been messing around and for the life of me, I can't get the clock right. See how the r in September is kinda cut off? I have tried different widget sizes, changed the grid layout some, and still can't get it to look right. Any suggestions? The clock is mclock and the skin is Typo Clock Skin. My WL grid is set to 10 x 10. I just must not be getting the dimensions set right. Certain widget sizes make the r look fine, but then the friggin date is cut off in half.

Any help is appreciated.

Other than that it looks GREAT ! Love the wallpaper and is that an OMH slider ?

Thanks man. Yeah it's an OMH slider. It was included in a pack.

I don't know if anyone else is having trouble with it. And even though it may not look to bad, it still irritates me. I have done both, installed at a smaller size and resized it and installed at the widget size. I'm going to mess around with it more and see what happens.

Fixed it. Had to go and edit the font size of the skin in the XML file.

How do I upload my photo? it keeps saying that my resolution is 480x800 and it needs to be 620x280, tried a number of websites to upload from which I have done then another error appears saying invalid file. Changing my the size of the picture stretches the picture not pleasing to the eye. Whereas I see here photos which seem to be bigger than 480x800.

Try using Picasa to upload your pics to and then link them from there. Never had a problem with them.

Yes, SMS unread count (free app) lets you customize your own icons.

As for battery life, widgetlocker seems to be doing no harm on my device.

1. Yep. Assuming you mean sms unreadcount since that's what's used on this screenie. Put your icons of choice in:
sdcard/data/com.kanokgems.smswidget
2. I have no earthly idea, since I would sooner eat dirt than use my stock lockscreen. I think it's fairly minimal, you could try it out and see what she lays on ya with one of those system info apps.

Picasa is a good one to use. I like to use Fotki. Photobucket is too stingy. Same with Imageshack. Although a lot of people like to use both of those.
