What would you do? Eligible for upgrade

Hello, I'm eligible for an upgrade and I am planning to upgrade my Droid Eris to an Incredible 2. I am part of a family plan. These are the prices I am getting for the phone from various sellers:

Verizon: $149
Amazon Wireless: $79
Radio Shack $49
Lets Talk: $49
Wirefly: Free

Which would you choose? Obviously free would seem to be the first choice but I've heard a lot of Wirefly horror stories and I'm hesitant to use them. I've never upgraded my phone from anyone but Verizon and I'm concerned that the process won't go smoothly, especially with keeping my plan details, phone activation, etc.

Hi Wirefly, thanks for replying. My first question is, you're offering the phone I want for free, far less than any else and about $150 less than Verizon stores. I understand why you say your prices are less, but what I don't understand is what do you get out of selling a phone for nothing? I'm assuming you are compensated in someway by Verizon to get us to extend our contract? Can you provide details on that?

Second, can I get a guarantee that the phone is available and in stock before I order? And can I also get some type of guarantee that not a single aspect of my plan will be changed?

And can you guarantee that this is a new phone, same as I would get in a Verizon store, and not a refurbished phone? Thank you.

You are most welcome and those are great questions! :)

Wirefly doesn't make money when we offer you a cell phone for free.
But after you've paid your wireless bills to your carrier, such as Verizon Wireless, the carrier pays Wirefly for having helped get (or keep) a good customer. When you take advantage of Wirefly's discounted prices, you simply agree to keep your cell phone account in good standing for the length of your contract. When you do that, Wirefly gets paid. So there is no catch. You get exactly the same device as the carrier retail store, the carrier gets a good customer, and Wirefly gets paid by the carrier.

The phones you order from Wirefly are the exact same devices you'd get from going to a carrier retail store. Every device has a full U.S. warranty, and is never refurbished unless explicitly sold as such.

I have checked and we have this phone in stock. As far as your plan is concerned, we do offer our customers to keep their existing plans. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with or any other questions you have that I can answer for you.
