Root Rooted, Not Sure What I have Done

Ok, Me and my Dad rooted my phone, and installed the MoDaCo Rom onto it.
I accidentally deleted everything from my SD Card and not sure what I have done, My Dad did most of the work to Root and install the Rom, So im not really sure what the process is.
Just want to know what repercussions this will have now? I have my phone build backed up on my PC, but will having everything removed form my SD actually cause me any problems?

You will have lost most of your data - how important that is depends upon what data you had and whether you have copies.

I had very little on there, just a couple of pictures that were not important.
Is that media documents/personal data the only thing that will have been lost?

Yeah, if it was just the SD Card. I wouldn't worry if you rooted and installed the custom ROM for a fresh start.

Try throwing a few mp3 and pics onto it, see if the phone can use them ok.

Yeah put a few pictures on and it picked them up fine.
