Notification Bar

Hello party people. A quick question, other than downloading Dolphin Browser, which I may be the only one on here who doesn't like it, is there a way to keep the notification bar locked on top of the browser. I like to see the battery life and time and such. Thank you all.

I don't think so. I got rid of the Dolphin Browser because I noticed my battery taking a hit. I think it uses more power. The notification bar was the biggest factor in attempting Dolphin. I also don't like the way bookmarks are categorized in Dolphin.
