Help data plan not working

my samsung galaxy prevail will not update my profile, PRL, or firmware and the activation on the phone is incomplete. about a month ago my data was running slow and i tried to update my handset and it wouldn't so then i called boostmobile they tried updating it still nothing and then for a month i could't use the phone cause it wouldn't activate. now it has activated my messaging and phone use but not my data and says internal error. the phone still says its not fully activated and i have no use of apps that use internet (incuding andriod market gmail etc) or the internet it self. please help give me something to go on or help me so i can update the phone so it work again

Under the all things riot section try using odin to "reinstall" everything stock and if that doesn't work I would contact samsung support about it.
