Nice Droid Razr Video review...

I really liked the brightness of the display. Colors looked really nice too.

A positive perspective is the 4430 in this is- in name only, since there is a point that Moto would be silly to create such a thin device that would cook itself to death.

As far as global function, I can use my Droid 3 and only travel a few times a year, out of country.

The battery seems also moot, since VZW would have to support the device if a failure and as others stated, there are USB battery extender / chargers.

Nope, what is pushing me over the edge is Motocast / Zumocast, since the new update and performance is great on the Droid 3, so will be mega great with 4G.

I have gone from 70/30 to 90/10 getting the Razr, all due to this one app.

Heck, this app makes me want to reconsider my next tablet to a Xoom 2, if will work via non home wifi :)

BTW, the Droid 3 runs the app smooth as butter and does not get hot. Perhaps Flash video is the real culprit and will get hot, regardless of device. Well, the Flyer does not get hot with Flash video, but that is not a phone form factor.

This is really the first moto that seems to me actually worth it. I am going to wait and see how it pans out with preorders and once people start getting their phones.

Thats being smart...ha! Always a good thing to let suckers like myself beta for you. I recommend everyone do this, a sort of do as i say not as i do :) but I've waited long enough I want in on the fun first day..

Hence my 90/10 (10 is waiting for our first adopter litmus test) ;)

Then again, I would probably be paying full price, so can return it and not worry about an upgrade being impacted. If the device has issues, no concern of a restock, either.

Rush...14 day return policy for VZW! And I think $35 to restock ....your a phone junkie like me, so you probably got a hook with someone to get that waived.

Throw em both on the cc and get busy for 2 weeks....only down fall is the micro SIM on the Razr will make easy switches between phones a pain.

Starting at 4:10 in the video he starts saying how powerful it is and how super smooth and he's seen no lag...

Yet as he's scrolling between screens while saying these things, you can see it glitching/lagging/chopping a few times. Or is it doing it because he's not smoothly swiping his finger?

I fear any chopping and lagging in demos when it's not under heavy load because it may foreshadow bigger lags and freezes to come in real uses, so I look very closely for it.

Yeah, I saw it too. I don't understand how a lot of these Android phones with dual core processors still have these lagging issues. It doesn't really bother me that much, but it's something that needs to be addressed.

So the galaxy nexus does not use a micro sim then? I was jw because if it did I thought maybe that would help with keeping the phone so thin.
