New Video! Camera may be suspect? She says Shutter is fast, but exposure is ehh!

its a moto what do you expect their cameras are junk.

Bro I'm pissed!!! This thing is an extremely nice looking device, I just dont get it, you put all that hard work into the craftsmanship and build quality of the device, to only ship it with a Camera that is extremely Suspect! It's most likely the same issue as the Bionics Auto Focus...BIG Thumbs down to moto if this is present on the shipped devices.

i too like the looks of the RAZR but i need to know three things of which i'm sure will be told within a couple of weeks after availability.

1. Whats the 411 on world phone? Is it or is it not?
2. What kind of DEV support will this phone get? If its like the DX2 or Bionic i'm staying far far away from it. Which is a shame.
3. How is that CAMERA!...i should not have to download any freakin apps in order to make the camera experience bearable. Especially when moto has known for a long time that their camera tech sux. My old BB9650 takes more consistently good photos.

I'm so over Camera apps! I refuse to download any ever again...lol

And I agree, my old BB 9700 took some awesome pics, as did my Charge!

And seriously.....Why Did VERIZON have to go and Plaster they're name right on the front like that? Lol...it almost goes right into the home button. Moronic if you ask me! They could have just put it on the back...As if nobody will know that its a vzw phone. Uhhh Hello...DROIDDDDDDDDDDD DOES commercials every 5 min during a Football Game.

I must be in the minority here, but I really don't like the look of the Razr.......I think I've mentioned it before, but I hate those freakin' corners......and that hump, I've had enough of that from my X :p

Moto really needs to get on it quickly and fix the camera bugs, their cameras have always been quite slow and don't take great quality pics.

And stop encrypting your bootloaders Moto!!!

My thoughts exactly. Here is my post about that exact issue.

I like everything about the Moto Razr except the branding on the front of the phone. What makes the IPhone and Samsung Nuxus look so sleek is they keep all branding on the back of the phone. I did a mock up in Photoshop to show what the Moto Razr would look like without the Motorola and Verizon branding on the front of the phone. It makes the Razr look so much sleeker and your eyes are not drawn away from the screen by the branding glaring at you. The designers of the Razr should have the Motorola and Verizon branding on the back of the phone only, it would have been a 100% nicer/sleeker looking phone.

I am the same way. I don't like the back hump moto puts on their devices. I would rather the phone be a mm thicker throughout than have that ugly hump up top. Too square for me. Only thing that would sway me to this over the nexus is if this has amazing( and I mean amazing) battery life, and the nexus is very overpriced since I will be buying full retail.

From the looks of it...The Euro version is Carrier Brand Free! Typical Vzw Ego at it again. I'm actually surprised it's on the front if this phone...just looks so out of place.

I don't mind using a 3rd party camera app - I love the HDR filters on Camera360. I am not crazy about the moto and verizon branding on front, but in now way is it a huge deal for me. I am very impressed with the brightness of the display. The speaker sounds nice and loud (important to me). I usually freeze most bloat, but it looks like moto has integrated some nice usuable things into this phone I will actually apply on a daily basis. Bottom line, right now the RAZR is my clear favorite over the GNEX. That coud change but I doubt it. Thanks for the vid BTW.
