Gah! My Atrix has completely frozen so I need to do a battery pull to get it working again... trouble is I have a Seidio Innocase on the phone.

Now, I swear i'm not being crazy but there seems to be absolutely no way to get the case off the phone? I've tried pulling, pushing the top, bottom and sides. Ive also tried prying apart where the join is but the case is absolutely not coming off.

A few other people have had a go too, but with no success and end up trying the same things I have done.

Have spent over an hour trying to get this case off now :( Absolutely crazy!

Does anyone else have this case on their Atrix and can advise how to remove it pleeeeease?

I don't have the case, but am hoping to get one. I found this in the HTC section of the site, maybe it will help you:

1. Place phone face down on a table
2. Push down with your right thumb on the word SEIDIO on the lower part of the case
3. With your left Hand, squeeze the sides of the upper part of the case as close as you can to the "split" or "Crease" bewtween both cases
4. Pull

Good luck!

If you are not able to get it off, feel free to call our customer service line and a representative can walk you through it!
