New server going online - expect downtime tomorrow morning

In an effort to resolve a few errors (including the 'daily backups' error), improve stability and better spread our services across resources we are putting a new dedicated database server online in the morning for AF. There may also be some changes made to various services to further optimize everything.

Expect some downtime between the hours of 5:00am and 7:00am Central tomorrow while this is put into place and configurations are made. Assuming everything goes smoothly we don't expect disruption beyond that.

Seeing some intermittent periods of long refresh lag. I am going to assume this is while tweaks are being performed. I'll give it a couple of days to settle in.

Thanks for the comments about the whos online, that bit of code takes a LONG time to generate, and so i order to increase load times of the homepage, i changed the way its generated, i can put it back to being alphabetical order easy enough.
