I read an article or post a while ago stating that with the improvements coming to with ICS, perhaps it would be better to not use the term 'vanilla' anymore. It really doesn't seem to be plain.
What about 'purity', 'natural', 'faultless', 'untampered', 'stainless', 'righteous', etc...
Thoughts or suggestions?
Here are a few more that I snagged when I checked the m-w.com thesaurus.
"chasteness, immaculacy, innocence"
Considering we are talking about ICE CREAM Sandwich, Vanilla is certainly the most appropriate.
