I too. I've decided on 7", but can't decide between:

Galaxy Tab 7 Plus @ $399
android 3.2
1.2hz. dual core

3mp camera
12.2 oz.
IR remote

HTC Flyer @ $299
android 2.3
1.5hz. single
5 mp camera
14.8 oz.

Worth the extra $100?

I tried the Flyer, and it's performance was a little laggy. If you're gonna play 3D games, the Plus is worth the extra dough.

Tab Plus wins over the 8.9" simply due to being cheaper, better formfactor, expandable storage and having the Peel emote funfcionality!

Personally I think the 16gb wi-fi Tab Plus is $100 or at least $50 overpriced. I'd pay $399 for a 7.7" Tab with a 1280x800 screen. But 7" 1024x600 isn't worth more than $299 or $349 at absolute most.

I had the 7+ and the 8.9 side by side today trying to decide the same thing. My concern was that the 7" screen might be just a tad bit too small for web browsing. If I was going to keep the tab at home, I'd grab the 8.9. Since I want to take this tab with me everyday, I decided that the 7+ was going to be a lot more convenient and cooler and satisfying to be toting around. The 7+ is also more comfortable when using Swype which is important to me. Web browsing is very manageable if you don't mind pinch and zoom and double taping a bit more. The quality of the HD video I sampled on the smaller screen revealed less artifacts than on the 8.9, despite the 8.9's supposedly better screen. If you still can't make up your mind, then the upcoming 7.7 might fit the bill.
