i have a stalker

There's no need for a app you have the hero right? All you have to do is add the number to your contacts and edit the contact scroll down and youll see the option to send that contacts call directly to voicemail let me know if u found it

Have found this. Forgot this was there.

If I create a contact like 'avoid calls' how many numbers can I add to that contact?

Please point me at the best call manager, whitelist, firewall app that will let me add a specific number and then send them to voicemail.

You guys need to understand the difference between blocking a call and forwarding it somewhere else. To block a call is to block the phone number from being able to contact you.

GBlocker as a pickup/instant hangup option where it immediately answers and hangs up on the phone number you put in. Forwarding them voicemail does not block them at all, a stalker would still assume you are listening to your voicemail, even if you are not.

No need for the attitude there buddy

Mine has 10... so far. I have my forward-no-answer setup to forward to Google Voice, and the "forward to voicemail" setting in the contact still works (forwards to Google Voice). I also have some numbers listed as "blocked" in Google Voice, which causes the greeting to change to indicate that the number is no longer in service. I don't recall if this prevents the caller from leaving a message or not.

Verizon offers the ability to block up to 5 (I think it's 5) numbers for free. Beyond that, you have to pay for the service. Maybe your carrier has a similar offering?

I put a shout out to be stalked on facebook once. One of the hottest chicks in my friends list volunteered. Those were some of the best days of my life. ;)

But I digress...

Why rely on an app to block a number? I'd put a call into Verizon (or other provider). Unless, of course, you want documentation of when the stalker tried calling you ... which may not be a bad thing in court someday.

Can you get the hot chick to stalk me? I am trying to use up some bonus miles. :)

I can't get GBlocker to block SMS but it does block numbers. But all it does is send it to the voicemail, so it's pretty much useless... When a cellphone calls you, you can have it send a text message to the person whos calling. But only when they call you, not when they text you.

If someone has this working for sprint, let me know lol.
