Help Exchange mail server lock

Is there a way to get around the lock that the exchange servers want/put on your phone? I know that Lock Picker does but it only works w/ HTC Sense. Anyone know of any apps that work for the Photon? Thanks for the help.

I haven't figured out a way to get around that yet. I just set the security lock to only activate 60 minutes of the phone not being used. This works for me because, for the most part, I use my phone within 1 hour. If I go 1 hour without using my phone, I don't mind having to unlock the phone twice.

I guess I should have said that the longest length of time in the menu for me is 15 minutes. Just wondering how you have an option for 60 minutes on yours.

I'm confused. I just gave you that path that I go through to get 60 minutes. You just have to scroll and the 60 minutes is there. I just think that you're not SCROLLING to the bottom. You're assuming 15 minutes is the longest because it's initially at the bottom of the window, but if you scroll...bam, 60 minutes. There's even a 20 minute option if 60 minutes is too long for you.

What I am saying is that the last option is 15 minutes. I tried scrolling. There is nothing longer than 15 minutes. Is it possible that different servers allow different options on a phone? Or could we possible be running 2 different software versions and that is what is causing the difference?

I see. You didn't mention that, so bad assumption on my part...Yes, maybe that's the reason. Beyond what I told you, I couldn't really say why you're not able to set it for 60 minutes. Here are screen shots of my security timer settings:

Enhanced mail looks like a winner for me. That is pretty much what I was looking for. Would really like a free option but I'll take what I can get. Thanks.

Glad I waited to get Enhanced Mail because it is free in the Amazon App store today.

[update]: Well enhanced mail doesn't seem to be able to help me with this problem. At least it gives me a 20 minute option. 5 minutes more than before.

Glad to see you added an update. You saved me $9.99, which would have been otherwise wasted on finding out that it did not actually disable the prompt for the PIN.

All: How do we disable the prompt for the pin either completely, or increase the duration that we are allowed to not be bothered with typing it in?
