*Blacklist -- Disposition of unwanted calls, SMS and MMS.

*Google Authenticator -- Provides 2 factor authentication for Google services.

*Google Voice -- Somestimes, you want a second (booty?) number for your phone.

*Voice Alerts -- "Battery is at 50%, Battery fully charged, You have a missed call, etc." voice alerts; for when you don't want to bother looking at the phone.

*Sound Manager v2 -- Automagically set schedules for when to have various volume levels.

*Shush! -- Automagically unmute the phone after a predetermined amount of time.

*WiFi Analyzer -- Provides situational awareness of surrounding WiFi access points.

*Square Card Reader -- If someone says they can't pay you, tell them you accept credit cards!

*Volume Locker -- Keeps people who use your phone from messing with your volume settings.

*Price Check by Amazon -- Whenever I have the urge to buy something in the store, I scan the barcode and get it for less on Amazon.

*The official ICS (Android 4.x) update, from Sony, since you mentioned your Neo V has 2.3.4 on it. Use the PC Companion software to get the upgrade.
