Upcoming/Rumored 4G Sliding QWERTY Phones...

DROIDing

Hi everyone (yes I searched the forum, and I apologize if I missed something, but didn't see any relevant similar posts from the past couple months)

I am finally at the point in time when I NEED another Android device, rather than merely 'wanting' to upgrade. My Droid2 requires WEEKLY hard (factory) resets now, and it's becoming quite troublesome.

Rather than pay the $100 for a new/like-new replacement from Asurion or whatever company Verizon uses, I thought why not REALLY upgrade to a new 4G phone like the Bionic etc... BUT... I need (yes, need) a physical sliding QWERTY keyboard. (I know, I know, virtual keyboards are the ongoing trend by far, but I honestly just can't get used to them no matter what).

QUESTION: Aside from the underwhelming (from reviews I've read) Samsung Stratosphere with it's measly specs, camera, and outrageous bloatware... WHAT VIABLE ULTRA-HIGH-END 4G ANDROID DEVICES (preferably by Motorola) ARE SCHEDULED OR RUMORED TO COME OUT BETWEEN NOW AND THE END OF 2011 OR VERY EARLY 2012?

Thank you so much for any help :)

PS: The phone has to be with VERIZON

There is a rumor of the droid 4 coming out by the end of the year, it should be a sliding qwerty and is rumored to have LTE. I can't authenicate the validity of the rumors however

Thanks, I have never been overly impressed with Android thus-far with all the freezes, resets etc I have to do (and my most current Droid2 reaching basically failure after a year of normal usage), but I feel that eventually Android will be the future, so I'd like to stick with the platform. I would love for the Droid4 to come out soon and offer 4G, not sure why the 3 didn't include 4G.

The mytouch 4g slide has already come out, it is made by htc, also called the htc doubleshot. It has the highest end specs on any slider I have seen.

Thanks, is it with Verizon?

It is only on Tmobile, and an unlocked one should be able to run on ATT...
