And as we've seen before, P3/Kellex just post whatever the hell the want, whenever they want, without fact or source checking.

I'm still confident we will see something on the 21st. There's just way too many individual sources corroborating this date.

very possibly the day they take DOWN all the GNex promo stuff?

I'm guessing it's a marketing materials refresh for the Christmas thrust. Would they really stop advertising it that close to the holiday?

Did they happen to say why it was pushed back? I'm starting to wonder if the VP rep that called me back for Norcal wasn't hinting at a supply or issue regarding recalling the shipments when she told me they didn't have a firm date and couldn't give one out, since it would be subject to change and that who knew they might need to return stuff from the warehouse. I wish I'd written down her exact words, but now this news about it being pushed out makes me wonder if she was hinting at it.

If you can get details from the rep about why it was pushed, that'd be great. Thanks again for all your info Han!

How can Samsung not be prepared for this?! The phone was announced a month ago!

I'm very hopeful for a 21st, but also very doubtful. There's a lot of crow to be handed out for consumption come monday if we don't at least get a preorder.

Not stop altogether...no. But just change the signs for the rest of the season. Two weeks is a pretty good amount of time for advertising before a turn over.

Very well said.

Also want to point out: It WAS justified, because the Thunderbolt was crap when it came out. THey should have held it longer. But I don't see how the GNex is having these kinds of problems.

What I've been hearing is the 21st we'll know more. That doesn't neccessarily mean release. It could mean pre-order or even just a simple announcement. Either way, I'd say Monday will be a good day!

Tried calling back several times to the Verizon store buy couldn't get the same Rep I spoke with earlier. The rep I did speak to said she knew they had the accessories but didn't think they had the phones. I mentioned the other rep told me that they were sealed and she couldn't open them, then the Rep said she must have looked at the shipping list and seen that they were on there. I think some Verizon stores have the phones and some obviously do not yet. But I don't understand why there would be online preorder when they have the phones. I do believe Verizon hasn't given anyone a date when they can sell the phones yet.
