Help Random Crashes/Reboots?

I did a search on this topic and didn't find anything specific to the BH2. Has anyone else experienced this? I got the phone yesterday and the phone has already crashed twice. It's almost as if the phone has died, but I can't turn it on or anything. I have to remove the battery and then turn it on.

This can't be normal. Should I head back and get a different one?

Thanks in advance!

Well that is fantastic. The manager I was working with yesterday pulled some strings to get me an early upgrade, and in the process, somewhat pushed me in the direction of the BH2 because of the info his rep gave him. I was originally leaning towards the MyTouch.

I know this is all hearsay, but according to his rep, the BH2 will be getting either the 2.0 or the 2.1 (can't remember what he said... 2.something) within the next couple of months. So according to the manager at the TMobile store, the BH2 was the way to go with 2.x software. Apparently that means we'll also get Google Navigation, along with the more stable software.

I guess I have 14 days to decide. I'll go chat with him some more.

believe me you made the right choice, its just the 1.5 TW software, right now we are developing 2.1, and it will be available very soon. The BH2 has way better hardware!

Yes, I get random "out of the blue" reboots about twice a day. It's very frustrating! It has never just died to where I have to remove the battery as SPIZ described in the first post. I was wondering if it was related to the GALAXY ROM or the LOCK 2.0 app I run. Nice hear I'm not alone, but not nice to hear. It's a livable problem for me, every gadget has it's problems. I don't think it would keep me from recommending the phone to someone. Hopefully it will be ironed out if we ever receive the "phantom" bug fix or Android 2.1 we keep hearing about.

I sent my craphold 2 in to samsung for random reboots ( power cycles) and they claim they fixed it, but two days after they returned it, it started to randomly reboot again? So now I called Tmobile and they are sending me a replacement phone but unfortunetaly they would only send me another Behold 2, so I am hoping the new phone does not reboot randomly.

It probably will because the software is half assed and weak. Im sticking to my guns about this someones has too. This is just wrong
