How well do apps currently work on Nexus

Ok....so I've read all the reviews both pro and con and I am determined to get the Nexus upon release through Verizon. I currently have a Bionic but I bought it at BestBuy and put their buyback on it. So I'll get 50% of the retail price back and pay the difference on the Nexus. My question is this though. I currently use a lot of apps like pocket money, Pageonce and Docs to go and I want to know if anyone has run into a lot of problems with apps using ICS. And how quickly are developers updating their apps. Any info on this would be of great help. Also I have backed up all my apps using app backup reinstall and I was wondering if the lack of an SD card will affect my ability to recover all of my apps. I currently have about 90 apps. Thanks in advance.

Itsnot amazing to be honest. I have found lots of apps that dont work :-( theres no flash. No bbc news app in the uk. No samsung app store for some reason so no samsung dive remot.wipe service. No google wallet. I know its not available in the uk at all but i believe its not available in the us on the galaxy nexus either. Theres lots of others not available either :-(

I know there is no flash support currently but that is suppose to be rectified before the end of the year. What about existing apps in the market and on amazon. Do the majority of those apps work with ICS?

Im finding most of the apps I used before on my desire I still have access too. Most work ok, but some have limited functionality, like facebook and ebay. The lack of menu button doesn't help at times.nitll just be a case of waiting for developers to make things ics compatible properly. But majority seem fine.

One of the most popular apps out there and it doesn't work with ICS? Someone needs to get to work:eek:

I use facebook but not enough to worry about limited compatibilty at this time. I just want to be sure the for the most part, the apps I currently use will work. Hopefully the developers will work quickly to update their apps to work properly with ICS.

Considering how long ics has been available for facebook you would thibk they would have fixed it by now.

I hvae found 5 or 6 apps i cant install out of the 40 or so i have tried to install. So id estimate maybe up to 10% of apps dont work? But it might just b the particular apps i am going for!

I also use Dolphin HD, what issues are you having?

Are you finding everything's running fine on a Galaxy Nexus? Strange, if so. I've not got any kind of unusual settings or downloads, and it was installed on a brand new device, obviously(!), so I can't think how more vanilla it can get.

The app just hangs - completely blank white screen, and then eventually the OS comes back with an FC message. This might be as soon as I open it or after a few minutes of browsing, but it's inevitable and frequent enough to be unusable.

What about apps that I backed up. Will I be able to reinstall on the Nexus? I used app backup reinstall.
