Well, with low cost adapter cables or a few tweaks to the dock. The $50 plus tax ones are sold out, but can still get for $65 delivered.

$50 Atrix LapDock - xda-developers

Link to purchase the lapdock is in the the first post (second link). use FACEBOOK20 to get the 20% off.

Summary:

1. Build is better & thinner than the Lapdock 100 and 500 (plus a LOT cheaper).

2. USB ports work

3. Full Firefox and a lot of plug-ins work (Linux based Firefox)

4. $65 is pretty darn cheap

I ordered one, so guess I am keeping the Razr.

The thread gives some background. Webtop on the Razr is what drives everything, so no worry of compatibility in regards to firmware or software.

Added:

After further review, seems a REAL good deal.

3622187[/URL]]Don't work with RAZR the atrix lapdock only works with atrix if you see on the back of the lapdock it it's a fixed connector the new lapdock 100 has a cable connector which its compatible with many motorola smartphones like the razr you figure out....

It does work. Took me all of 3 minutes with a razor knife and philips screwdriver to make the ports work.
