LOL @ the 20th. The 15th is when I will be buying a phone, be it the Nexus or not. Praying I don't get a call between now and then cancelling my appointment.

Probably the same here. As posted before, Devs already have an ICS rom running on the Razr (if you want to call it running, no where near usable). But they are working on it. I don't know what I'll do on the 15th. Probably buy a Rezound or Razr unless they OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE the 20th.

Seriously people-im going to believe Steven's source and the 100+ reports we have heard of the 15th as the target date before some slip blurb in an article on phandroid where the particular point of the article is to to talk about the extended battery.

Until we hear anything else I imagine the 15th is the date. If its moved we will likely know either the 13th or the 14th.

So I was wondering...how many musicians do we have here? I know Steven is a vocalist, and I thought a few others mentioned being music teachers and/or performers. I wonder what kind of ensemble we could put together!

Me, I'm in the last year of my doctorate in clarinet, so hopefully there'll be a pizza shop hiring next year

I've been playing jazz piano for 11 years, or about 65% of my life. For all who do do music, would any care to link to some recordings of their stuff?

Well, I'm certainly staying optimistic. I mean, my rep did confirm that he would hold one for me to pick up on the 15th. I was just saying that if it doesn't pan out and there is no solid (ie official) release date, I don't know if I can hold out much longer.

Just keep in mind that every time we hear a new delayed date, everyone just says that they don't believe it....until it later comes true. This has happened every time. Remember back when we got that marketing timeline showing Nov. 28th as the launch date, but everyone was still saying Nov. 17th?

Remember that time when the 28th was approaching and the leaked excel spreadsheet said December 8th? No one wanted to believe it then.

Remember that time when everyone was saying December 9th (last week) and I and one other guy came on and reported that people told us the Equipment Guide just said "coming soon" instead of a date? Everyone said "no way that's true!" and then it was.

I suspect the same thing will happen here. Everyone is saying "no way!" to the 20th when, in all likelihood, next week will come and we will be praying for the 20th.

if the RAZR gets a working ICS rom, it would definately make it easier to choose over waiting for the GNex. its a mighty nice phone...my hope for a release on the 15th will be cut bigtime if we dont see something official or a leaked official document saying the 15th by tomorrow (tuesday).
