Supposedly the gnex camera is pretty good. Video is so-so at best, hopefully to be fixed. I think the 4s is probably going to be the best camera.
Having said that, for me, I don't get too worked up about the camera. I have $1000+ in camera equipment and if I know that I am going somewhere that I need high quality photos, that will be it. As long as my cell phone camera can take clear, non-blurred, generally bright photo's, I will be happy. I'm not looking to print posters or sell photo's taken from a cell phone. Of course, coming from an iPhone 3gs, I am going to be very happy as this camera is horrible...AND SLOW.
For me, the cell phone pics I take are spontaneous. I can't tell you the times that I have missed a shot because it took the camera too long to load, or, too long between shots. That's what sets the gnex apart for me and my intended use.
