Here's my own suggestion for handling the end of the thread.

My greatest fear is that there will be a circus free-for-all with 10,000 posts all trying to ninja each other for the last post. The AF servers will crash (they are already twitchy) and it will be a giant mess, with idiots trying to post "LAST!"

Here is my plan of action, Holiday party with co workers,Then do 12 x 8 shift at work. Head strait to the VZW store near my house and be there for the 10 am opening. DO NOT GET IN MY WAY OR SOMEONE WILL BE NEXECUTED!

Anyone hear anything from stores in Wisconsin? My two corporate stores are mum on the subject.

I'm southern wisconsin, and got a yes for thursday, as of Monday evening. This was a corporate store. Retailers and Authorized dealer both were mum on the subject.

The stores that aren't saying anything don't have their stock yet. When it comes in, they are able to say it will be released tomorrow.
They can't sell what they don't hav, so why would they say it will be available? And Verizon doesn't want people coming in expecting to buy a phone when there aren't any there, so the policy is "if you don't have it, you don't have it".

Seems pretty simple to me. Kind of like what you would call a soft launch..........

they do a bunch of shows that week, they always all sell out though. They actually do a free one in the morning of St. Patty's day, but, obviously, you hafta get there reeeeally early.

Agreed. I just called the Providence Place store to have one set aside, and was told that tomorrow is NOT the day.

Just put one on hold at Grand Wireless on Baldhill Road in Warwick as well
