What's a realistic used UK price?

Decided I cant wait for the HTC desire to land, and need my Android fix now! My N96 is just clunky compared to the wife's Samsung Galaxy spica.

So, whilst trawling fleabay, what is a good price, and what is over priced in the UK?

Once the Desire lands and I upgrade, obv I'll be selling both on, or trading into Mazuma etc.

bad advice, they have a lot of unhappy customers, and they are expensive, I got my code for
