How to delete apps?

I just picked up a some blue-tooth headphones, and was wondering how I can delete the stock music app! It's not playing nice with Meridian!
I am rooted and all that good stuff if that helps!
I tried using pre-kitchen but did not see the app listed!

List the apps, and see if you can figure out which one is the music player & music widget, and remove them

I can't tell which one it is, because I don't have it on my 2.1 build

Plug in to the PC, navigate to SDK/tools/ and open the console

As a side note, thanks for supporting the forums as much as you do. You seem to be one of the only ones who respond to a lot of the post!

Here's the exact commands to navigate to sdk tools:

cd C:\android-sdk-windows\tools
