Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

I went out horseback riding with my college daughter today. It was an absolutely gorgeous blue bird day and I said, "Darn, I wish I brought the camera."

Wait a minute....

In light of the recent autobiographies and on behalf of the three of us on the forum who do NOT live in New Jersey, here are some GNex photos of my back yard of Moab.

This place just screams for the panorama function. My daughter loved it!

I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. That is a beautiful backyard to have!

You need to return the phone and get another. My phone has been nothing short of amazing comparatively to my old Inc and Eris at least 3G and voice reception-wise. The LTE portion of the radio is likely not well integrated with the software yet, but you shouldn't have a problem with 3G and voice like that.

Compared to a Moto he might be. Motorola's will commonly give you a mile or more from a tower than other brand phones for whatever reason.

im sure you could also just reflash the stock image for the OTA, but yes, i read that deleting the file will break the OTAs. many of us chose to simply rename it because, in theory, we should be able to change the name back to the stock filename receive the ota, then change it back and flash CWM again and keep it moving

Do you know if your file would work on my gnex? I am guessing yes, and if so would someone mind pulling their .bak file and posting it/sending it for me?

Thanks!!!

I found there is a new leak of the Nexus radio: My Droid World Forums

Here is a direct link for ya so you don't have to sign up for MDW: http://www.mydroidfiles.com/download...dios_btldr.zip

Be careful when flashing -- not 100% sure of the origin of the file though.

Christmas Gift spreadsheet:

I'm thinking it was either Razor or Stigy that gave me the link to the lifehacker site (sorry I can't remember who exactly) but I'd give you a kiss and buy you a drink if I could. It was great to be in the store with just phone rather than a big notebook today.
and if it was someone else then I apologize, I'd give you the drink and kiss. :)

If you have AnyDVD HD, make sure you enable the "Bluray" checkmark in (enable Power User mode) Global Settings > Bluray.

I did that, I read the FAQ on the site and followed the step by step.
I found out that my firm ware for the drive was not up to date for Windows 7.

When I get a chance these week I will try again.

Thanks, Bob V.
