This is silly.
Okay, let's talk about the picture taking process.
First of all, it is impossible for the shutter to be "too fast" to clearly take a photo. The shutter does one thing - capture the image with all of the settings that are already established (exposure and focus settings). When you point, the camera adjusts exposure. When you tap, it adjusts focus. When you hit the shutter button, it simply captures with those pre-set settings. Whether it takes a billionth of a second or four seconds to capture, it is still only capturing with the pre-determined settings.
Focusing slows down the picture taking process. That's the way it works. Focusing is ALWAYS the slowest part of the process. Saying "I don't want to focus, it slows down the process - I just want it to take the picture" is like saying, "I don't want to stop for gas, it slows down the process - I just want to drive." You can't have one without the other.
You have to wait for focus. Part of what separates people who take snapshots from people who capture great moments is that anticipation, persistence, and understanding of what the camera needs to capture a good photo.
If what you're saying is that you want the capture button to ALSO focus, that's a different issue, but you aren't saying that right now.
