what internet speed do you reach?

First off that's Rev. A, second off you said MB and not Mb like it said. MB is Megabytes and Mb is Megabits. There is 8 bits to a byte so 3.1MegaBytes is 24.8 Megabites. Most speeds are measured in Megabites to make it sound more. A typical song has 4 MB which would mean to download a song in 1 second it would have to be 32 Megabites per second.

I have reached 30 Mbps or 3.75 Mbps on LTE

I don't know where you got that number, but the top 1% of home internet is not that fast..some routers don't even go that high.

Just know when the B is capitol is Bytes which are bigger (by 8 times) than the little b which is bits.

LTE says you can reach speeds up to 12 Mbps so that also means 1.5 MBps. I have reached faster speeds. As far as Wifi goes that is limited on how fast internet you have at home or where ever the wifi is located as well as how fast the Rezound can handle.

I see where you said 172. It's 21.5 Mbps..which are smaller so you divide that by 8 and not multiply so that would be 2.7 MBps. Understand?

For the most part LTE will not vary from phone to phone, they all will support the fastest speeds by LTE and most likely all top out at the same speed on WIFI. Now, how well can they accept the signal will vary.

I wouldn't worry about which phone has faster internet because they all probably have close to the same chip in them that receives internet data.

Over WiFi, I was registering over 17 Mbps. Over 4G, it was a third of that.

(it's anywhere from superslow to superfast depending on the area/cell, local weather, etc. Also depends if they're unplugging/replugging that big transceiver tower)

Anyway, the 3.1Mbps maximum only applies to EV-DO Rev A, which is what Verizon uses for their 3G service. It has nothing to w/Verizon's 4G/LTE, and people have gotten upwards of 60-70Mb/s in speed tests.

Not to worry, the Rezound is a hella fast wireless device!

I say he should go to Starbucks and test that theory out, and get him some caffeine too if he's working 22 hour days....The longest I've gone without sleep is about 4+ days. I used to work 12.5 hour shifts at night and go to school after work. I had a 6 hour window where I could get in some sleep before I had to be back at work. One week my A/C went out during the summer so I couldn't manage going to sleep during the day. Was one of the most hellish weeks of my life.

I've seen screen captures of speed tests just under 70Mb/s on VZW posted here, which I think was a Rezound but might've been an LTE Nexus. IIRC, it was in NYC or somewhere in California.

My best so far is 39,527/down 8,908/up just outside Boston. Oddly enough I can't get 4G in my house, but then neither of two Charges could either.

As I think you pointed out, these figures are actually faster than most people's wired home connections -- just insane!

Yea, the website says 12 down and I get almost triple that sometimes.
