30% Charge in 3 hours?WTF

Have my phone plugged into the wall charger and in 3 hours went from 34% to 61% charged. Is something wrong with the battery? Phone is only 2 weeks old

The first thing to consider is what is the configuration of the phone? What services do you have running? Do you leave the screen on for 10min while charging and check it often at full brightness? If there are functions that are running while charging much of the charging power can be diverted to running the phone and leave little to charge the battery. Oh yeah, is it rooted and over clocked?

There is not an unlimited supply of power from the charger(s).

Nothing is running at the time. I did the clear memory in the ram manager and then did not use the phone at all

Sounds like having it checked out would make sense.

It does sound odd, my phone will go from 10-15% to 100% in a little under two hours.
